Using new technique, HC series grinding mills is an updated version of R series Raymond mills. For its high performance and energy saving., HC series grinding mill is considered the best choice for grinding almost any non-metallic minerals with Mohs hardness below 7 and moisture content below 6%, such as marble, calcite, limestone, feldspar, fluorite, gypsum, talc , barite, dolomite, granite, kaolin, bentonite, bauxite, phosphorite, figuline, black lead, clay etc. This kind of roller mill can produce particles ranging from 80 meshes to 800 meshes.
Features
New Grinding System
a) New technology - vertical pendulum grinding roll installation, which is designed and patented by HongCheng, has been used in HongCheng series grinding mill. Rollers and rings are always in a state of proper balance, making a well-proportioned linearity grinding zone. The height between rollers and rings rises from 160mm to 200mm, and the contact area increases accordingly.
b) With the efficient classifier, the selection of fitness is expanding from 80-325 mesh to 80-800 mesh.
c) Air conveying and end product collection system has been upgraded and renovated. The new system is a high efficiency dust collector, which can collect 99% of the powder.
High Performance
